Hello
My name is Natalie and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor under the supervision of our founder Linda Meier Abdelsayed, LMFT. In addition to my work supporting clients, I am also an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology. I grew up in Napa Valley, CA. I offer telehealth services, and walk-and-talk therapy in the South bay.

You feel trapped in a cycle of self-doubt. You want to make others happy, but in the process, you silence your own needs. You say “yes” when you’re not comfortable, then lie awake at night replaying conversations, wondering if you should have spoken up. You tell yourself your thoughts don’t matter, and sometimes you even question if what you’re experiencing is “bad enough” to count. The pressure to please is overwhelming, and yet the cost of ignoring yourself is leaving you feeling stuck, exhausted, and unsure of who you really are.
You crave the freedom to trust your own voice and live in alignment with what feels true to you. While you can’t change the expectations of others, you want to change how you show up for yourself. You want to feel confident in speaking up, honoring your needs, and exploring different possibilities for what your life could look like. I can help you get there.
I view clients holistically and believe healing happens when you are supported in creating a life that reflects your values—not society’s boxes. Clients appreciate that I’m compassionate, collaborative, and never push one “right” way forward. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you as you begin to find your voice.

I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum and United. I can provide superbills for clients who want to claim their out-of-network benefits with other insurance companies. My private pay fees are:
