My name is Natalie and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor under the supervision of our founder Linda Meier Abdelsayed, LMFT. I grew up in Napa Valley, CA.

The unpredictability is exhausting. You care about this person but feel like they are breaking you down. You are so busy trying to avoid conflict that when you look in the mirror, you don't recognize who you see anymore.
You crave feeling happy and like yourself again. While you cannot control how the other person acts, you want to change the way you respond to their outbursts. You want to feel confident in your decisions, managing your emotions, and establishing healthy communication patterns. I can help you get there.
I am available for in-person (walk-and-talk) and teletherapy sessions. I view clients holistically and aim to help you live a life that aligns well with both your personal and cultural values. Insurance and Fees
I am in-network with Cigna and Aetna. I can provide superbills for clients who want to claim their out-of-network benefits with other insurance companies. My private pay fees are:
- Individual Therapy $120 per session
- Couples Counseling $140 per session
