Adjusting to life with a tiny human (or two) is a wild ride that usually involves a lot more "what just happened?" moments than the books ever mentioned. Whether you’re navigating the postpartum fog for the first time or trying to keep the peace in your relationship while surviving on four hours of sleep, I’m here to help you catch your breath. I work with individuals and couples who feel like they’ve lost their "pre-baby" selves and are struggling to find their footing in the beautiful, chaotic, and often exhausting world of new parenthood.

I know firsthand that the transition to parenting hits some major pressure points: the guilt of not "enjoying every second," the identity shift that leaves you wondering who you are outside of being a parent, and the relationship strain that comes when "date night" is replaced by debates over whose turn it is to change the diaper. I’m here to help you unpack all those "shoulds" and "supposed-tos" that create so much extra weight, giving you a judgment-free space to say the things out loud that you might be afraid to tell your playgroup.

I use a collaborative, practical approach—sometimes with a side of much-needed humor—to help you and your partner improve communication and lower the temperature on household stress. My goal isn't just to help you "cope" with parenting; I want to help you feel like yourself again—grounded, connected, and confident enough to handle whatever the toddler years (or tonight’s bedtime) might throw your way.
