Hello

If you’re the one everyone relies on — the helper, the achiever, the “strong one” — you might look like you have it all together while feeling exhausted inside. I work with adults who feel stretched thin by work, relationships, or family pressures and quietly wonder why they still don’t feel like enough. Therapy is a place where you can stop performing, set boundaries without guilt, and finally feel lighter, grounded, and more like yourself.

My Specialty:

Do you ever feel like you’re doing everything “right” — working hard, being dependable, showing up for everyone else — and still feel like it’s not enough?

Maybe you’re the one people count on. The responsible one. The helper. The achiever.
On the outside, life looks steady or even successful. On the inside, you feel anxious, stretched thin, or quietly exhausted from holding it all together.

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to succeed in their careers, relationships, or family roles. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring people who spend so much energy supporting others that they lose touch with themselves.

You might notice:

  • People-pleasing or difficulty saying no

  • Guilt when setting boundaries

  • Feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions

  • Overthinking decisions or doubting yourself

  • Burnout, disconnection, or a sense that something’s missing

Even when life looks “fine,” you may feel unfulfilled or wonder why it feels so heavy.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or be the strong one. You get to simply be.

Together, we’ll explore where those “not enough” beliefs began, build boundaries without guilt, and help you reconnect with your needs, values, and sense of self. My goal is for you to feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally secure — not constantly running on empty.

My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I blend practical tools with deeper emotional work so therapy feels supportive and relieving, not overwhelming. I integrate approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Restoration Therapy, and strengths-based and narrative work to help you shift patterns, regulate emotions, and rebuild self-trust.

Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own. You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

If you’re ready to feel lighter, more balanced, and more like yourself again, I’d be honored to support you.
